Tiffany Burke is the founder, chief executive officer and president of Sinclair St Thomas, LLC. Mrs. Burke formed Sinclair St Thomas, LLC (SST) in 2011 to provide management consultation, technical assistance, and professional staffing support services to the private sector as well as to federal and local government agencies.

 

Mrs. Burke's professional career spans nearly two decades serving and leading change in public health organizations and transformational shifts at business enterprises. She has developed and implemented program and project plans for organizations coast-to-coast. Before founding SST, she held numerous consultant positions at leading organizations. 

 

Mrs. Burke brings extensive experience working with health, business leaders, and federal agencies specializing in lean six sigma, administrative, and management support including planning, leading, implementing, staffing, and evaluation of health and business programs. Ms. Burke has served on non-profit boards helping to shape the decisions that create long-term communal strategic shifts when leadership is needed most.

 

Throughout her extensive career, she is recognized as a motivator and leader able to work across the organization to achieve the strategic mission.

 

Under the leadership of Mrs. Burke, SST has developed and maintains a quality staff and an extensive network, capable of providing expertise to meet every organizational need. Her lean-six-sigma certification translates to a lean corporate structure and approach that allows SST to meet customer needs consistently, quickly, and cost-effectively.

Chevine Anderson is our operations and project management professional. He holds a Graduate Certification from Capella University with a specialization in Management Consulting. Mr. Anderson has oversees our IT infrastructure and Business Analysis services. Additionally, Mr. Anderson holds the prestigious Project Management Institute designations as a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2015.
